• Fully paperless hospital with digital radiology, digital dental radiography, ultrasound, in-house IDEXX laboratory, surgical laser, and therapeutic laser
• Supportive team environment with a 2:1 technician-to-doctor ratio
• Mentorship available from experienced veterinarians, including surgical training and case support
• Average of 15 appointments per day, allowing time to practice quality medicine
• No after-hours or on-call responsibilities
