Mentorship That’s Real:
Our owner is a DVM with 20+ years of clinical experience and 13+ years of multi-practice ownership. You’ll work with the Owner on a customized coaching plan for what YOU need- learning the business aspects of Veterinary medicine, improving client communication and acceptance of your recommendations, how to become a leader and lead a team, and increasing your production bonuses!

Compensation & Benefits:
-$125,000–$150,000 base salary + 23% production (no negative accrual)
-Sign-on bonus & relocation support
-Potential for ownership percentage or profit-sharing
-6 weeks PTO (30 days) + 6 paid holidays
-$1,500 CE stipend + 5 CE days
-Medical insurance with employer contribution
