Description
We are a privately owned small animal practice built on one simple belief:
Good medicine comes first, and people matter!
We are not corporate. We don’t have quotas. We don’t answer to investors.
We answer to our patients, our clients, and each other.
We are looking for a veterinarian who values connection and growth as much as clinical skill.
A Note from the Owner
This hospital was designed to give veterinarians the space to think, to learn, and to build meaningful relationships with the families we serve.
We are relationship-based. We hand write sympathy cards and make memorial gifts. We take time with families when they need it. Because of the trust we built, our clients have high compliance for recommendations and diagnosis.
We are also curious. If a case challenges us, we ask why. If a patient passes and the family consents, we are willing to perform a necropsy at no cost — because learning matters. Understanding disease matters. Growing as a doctor matters.
Our doctors have autonomy and we are constantly getting feedback from our team and doctors. If a doctor believes adding a piece of equipment will improve patient care, we can explore it. If there’s a better way to approach a protocol, we can adjust it. You won’t need approval from a corporate chain of command to practice the medicine you believe in.
We’re adding an Associate Veterinarian because we’re growing—not because someone is leaving. Whether you’re looking for full-time or part-time, we’re flexible and happy to tailor a schedule that works. As a newer hospital, there is room to shape systems, influence direction, and make a meaningful difference in how medicine is practiced here, and shape the future of the hospital.
A veterinarian who is naturally curious, who enjoys surgery, who wants to keep sharpening their skills, and who values relationships over metrics will thrive here!
If you are someone who still asks “why?” — we would love to meet you.
