About Our Hospital:
We operate a fully equipped, modern hospital featuring:
- Full in-house laboratory plus reference and specialty lab submissions (e.g., Cornell, Michigan State)
- Digital radiography with radiology consultation access
- Digital dental radiology
- New as of 2025 Piloter Mobile Ultrasound System
- Certified ultrasonographer available weekly and for urgent cases
- Therapeutic laser
- Dedicated dental suite with high-speed drill
- Dedicated surgical suite
- Two Registered Veterinary Technicians, with additional team members enrolled in technician programs
- Tenured associates and strong support staff
- Updated lobby and exam rooms as of 2026
Work-Life Balance Is a Priority
We believe great medicine starts with well-supported doctors.
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- No appointments scheduled daily from 12:00–1:00 PM for lunch and administrative catch-up
- 4-day work week (or less)
- No nights, weekends, or on-call
- No major holidays
- No after-hours emergencies
Doctors divide their time between appointments and soft tissue/dental surgery based on comfort level and interest.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary of $110,000-$130,000, dependent on experience
- Production-based bonuses
