ASSOCIATE VETERINARIAN – MIXED ANIMAL PRACTICE

NEA Veterinary Clinic is seeking a full-time Associate Veterinarian to join our established and growing mixed-animal practice in northeast Arkansas.
We are a modern, privately owned clinic focused on high-quality medicine, strong client relationships, teamwork, and work-life balance — without the corporate environment or excessive production pressure. We are looking for a veterinarian who enjoys variety, values autonomy, and wants the opportunity to practice excellent medicine with a supportive and experienced team.

We serve a diverse mixed-animal caseload and pride ourselves on providing practical, relationship-based veterinary medicine in a supportive and family-oriented environment. Candidates interested primarily in small-animal medicine but open to mixed-animal exposure are encouraged to apply.

Requirements
JOB REQUIREMENTS / IDEAL CANDIDATE
DVM or equivalent degree from an accredited veterinary school
Eligible for veterinary licensure in the State of Arkansas
Strong communication and client relationship skills
Team-oriented attitude and positive work ethic
Interest in practicing high-quality medicine in a privately owned clinic environment
Ability to work collaboratively with doctors and support staff
New graduates welcome; mentorship available
Preferred but not required:
Mixed-animal or rural practice experience
Surgical or ultrasound experience
USDA accreditation or interest in obtaining accreditation
Interest in future leadership, partnership, or ownership opportunities
