Description

Our very well established equine dental practice is expanding and seeks to hire at least 2 additional DVM's for supervision of sedation, documentation, and procedures.  We are a fully mobile practice utilizing a custom, enclosed dental trailer that contains all the tools and equipment for safe and proficient care.  We provide routine and advanced dentistry services at the client locations across Florida as well as veterinary wellness services.  Our customer base ranges from single horse owners to competition/training barns and we highly value customer service and team relationships. The staff travels as a group from our office daily.  Our DVM position has NO weekend, holiday, call, or emergency requirements and is offered as a 4 day work week . Subsidized dental specific training is possible for future professional growth if desired, however there are no requirements for our DVM's to provide hands on dental care. Part-time or job sharing may be considered if flexible. While we do prefer applicants with equine experience,  it is not required and  equine "interest" or horse ownership will be considered. This role has minimal physical requirements however all staff must be able to assist in handling horses and to walk unassisted up ramps and in barn/farm terrain.
